This has been free in pre alpha for a very long time (about 4+ years). It had a growing Au/Nz community prior to Overwatch and Fortnite arriving on the scene. Scene is completely dead now unfortunately.
This game is F2P. Always has been.
Brings back UT2004 nostalgia, the game that got me into FPS.
Shame its pretty well dead after Epic never put any effort into it after the dismal failure of UT3.

Got excited thinking this was the original for a moment. Nope, just abandonware trash.
Considering how Paragon went, I feel this will suffer the same fate. Especially as Fortnite is their cash cow now

So far I got steam, origin, battle.net, uplay, epic launcher, twitch/curse, windows store and the list may grow in the future. Having games be on diff launchers isn't the problem. The problem is updates as you can't update them all in one place like console. It's really annoying when I want to play battlefield or overwatch but find that there's a 2gb update that I never knew about.
