Hopefully this won't be duped like last time.

Slightly better deal than the UK deal in that there is no minimum spend and a higher discount. You can buy one pencil but then you'll also have to pay delivery.

    Can someone pm me step by step instructions on how to order something from officeworks using the 15% off US code and get it posted to my AU address. I made a UK EBAY account for the last deal but was unable to get the 15% off code to work. I’m not sure if i did everything correctly. I don’t have any GC i just want to use the 15% off US code “POPUPSAVINGS” If someone has the time to help me make a US one it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

      1) create eBay US account with a dummy US address and your OZ address as primary.
      2) find the product you want in .com.au.
      3) remove the .au to be in US store
      4) checkout and apply promo code as normal.

      Note - pickup is not an option. Has to be delivered.

      I went to account settings, addresses.

      Registration address, email and phone number:
      I made a new gmail email and made that as my email. I’m using my AU mobile number and my name but i used a US random house address.

      Primary shipping address: main shipping address for purchases.
      I made it as my house address and used my name and AU mobile number.

      This is doing my head in what am i missing?

                  @oznature: I also had this same problem, I used an existing ebay account and changed the address to a US one - and it kept failing. What you need to do is create a brand new US account. So I following the steps above described by CHibot exactly:

                  • Create a NEW ebay US and enter a random US address as your "main" address. I left shipping address blank at this stage
                  • Found my product using whatever method
                  • added to cart and entered the code - it should work at this point
                  • Entered an AU shipping address

                  I grabbed two Samsonite bags from Bagworld and received the order confirmation immediately and discount was applied correctly.

      If you miss out, create a camelcamel alert for US and UK Amazon sites as they often have good deals. Use electronic/email delivery. Just be aware that if you 'forget' to update your physical address to Australia, you might miss out on paying GST and the warm and fuzzy feeling we all get from paying extra taxes.

    I was having an issue where once I go to the store link on the eBay.com site, as soon as I searched or clicked a link I would redirect to the eBay.com.au site. Worked out that if I go to the product page and remove the AU from the item URL it worked. I didn’t have this issue last night on the eBay.co.uk site.

      In the past, I've found that the initial/activating gift card purchase must be done through eBay AU, then any remaining balance tied to your account can then be used on any eBay site

    Interesting, I followed the steps to create US account, found the Officeworks item (by removing .au) managed to add it to cart.

    When I went to check out, naturally it gave me an error saying it won't deliver to states, but when I change it to my Aus address, it gives me an error saying it won't ship to QLD? Anyone else encountered this and know a workaround?

    Interesting. Officeworks AU charge me a ridiculous set price for postage- $25.95- so they've been off my radar for years.
