  IIRC, the + and - are average increase/decrease in scores from your previous top score over the past 2 weeks, and they get updated hourly.

  Here's an old blog post that I found, which explains how the scores are calculated. Note though that the + and - were not implemented back then.

        It's ok.. visual concentration is inversely proportional to the total time you're awake. ;)

    ARGHHH what have you done?!

    Anyway I'll take a look later today. The "top users" ranking algorithm hasn't changed since the beginning but the site itself has changed a lot so it's another thing that needs to be revamped.
