Has been posted at this price over a month ago, but restocked since then. Sub $30 for AAA games on the Switch seems like a good price, even if this game is 7 and a half years old now. Picked up a copy.

  $23 for preowned which is exactly the same. Both come without instructions and are already opened.

      My Internet connect is still the same connection as 2008, so it must suck still now then.

    I'm downloading at the moment, I seem to be able to play without the update. What would I be missing without doing the update?

      You can play first couple of missions and then you have to download patch or else you cant continue
