eBay Seller Promotions Every Weekend Still Exist?

Hi does anyone know if these still run everyweek my
Account dropped below standard last monthe because i had to cancel a bunch of auctions and stopped getting offers sent to me. Im back to above standars now but didnt get the sell for $1 promo today :(

  Got coal for Christmas from the elves at eBay? Maybe you should speak to the eBay support team to find out if you are still targeted for seller promotions. I assume they have the ability to switch it on and off.

  Spoke to ebay support and they said its a targeted promotion the marketing team controls who are uncontactable but support forwarded them a message. Hopefully I get one next weekend

  Does anyone know how to tell if an existing listing is $1 final value fee? Have a bunch of listings and some were listed during the promo being activated while others not. wanna cancel the ones that weren't listed when I had the promo.

    I think if they say good til cancelled rather then have an expiry date? not 100% tho
