Which 24-70 Lens for Sony A7ii?

Any suggestions for good value 24-70mm f2.8 for my Sony A7ii which i believe is an eMount?

From my understanding, Tamron & Canon will need an adapter for them to fit to the Sony A7ii?

And Sigma will fit right in?

Any input will be much appreciated.

Have a look at the Tamron 28-75mm. It's supposed to be really sharp and much smaller than the 24-70GM

  I second this. The Tamron 28-75 https://www.georges.com.au/tamron-28-75mm-f-2-8-di-iii-rxd-l… is the best bang for buck and is native to the Sony E-mount.
  
  Sony's 24-70 f/2.8 GM is a massive investment. Even I won't buy one despite using it for paid work - it has little to no ROI (based on personal opinion).
  
  I really wouldn't bother with using adapted lenses on your A7ii. The AF in earlier models aren't the best.
