Bonus points if it has delivery as I don't have a vehicle that can accommodate it.

Just looking for the cheapest semi reliable one doesn't need to be the best.

I fold down my back seat on my corolla sedan and can take a 1.8m ladder.
I don’t think the OP can actually drive.
One of the benefits of living in city units is to not have private transport.
Until it comes to situations like these … The OP could hire a vehicle or something, but I'm pretty sure he can't drive.
@kerfuffle: Is there a reference for this claim? I feel like I'm missing something.
@[Deactivated]: I’m not certain, but I’m pretty sure he’s mentioned it before. The OP’s posting history is too vast for me to locate it, so happy to be proven wrong.
I do know that in his other posts (and elsewhere on the internet like Reddit and Whirlpool) that he always wanted something that could be delivered to him, hence my assumption.
@kerfuffle: Agoraphobia.
I think OP has fear of the outside hence he buys a lot of stuff even though he cannot pick it up because those items are needed to perform his own maintainence, ie. the ladder to clean his gutters by getting out through the ceiling crawl space.
Solved it.
What's wrong with stacking two bar stools?
A broken neck.
What's wrong with an ice pack and some cement pills?
