      No, most of the measurements are too inaccurate to be useful or just outright idiotic such as tracking REM sleep.

          People serious about their diet do. It seriously makes it so much easier to lose weight when you know exactly how much you are eating.

      Will break soon enough. There's a reason why its discontinued. Stay away. I had 4 replacements within a year which was VERY annoying.

    It is a good price but I can’t recommend any Fitbit products. My wife and daughters have had 3 or 4 different models over the years and they just don’t last. Apart from the original Flex which was very limited in it's capabilities.

    I’d spend a bit more and get a Garmin or Apple Watch

      I got my Charge3 return to Asos, because it stopped sync with phones/ipad and cannot pair anymore. Only after 4 weeks of usage.

        We had 2 x Charge HR, one went back twice, the other 3 times. Different faults each time, wouldn't sync but would connect, then wouldn't even connect.

        Then one just stopped working altogether!

        After that I just gave up.

      They're still frauds - they refresh their product line each year so they can claim there's no stock left for replacement and offer a discount off a new "upgraded" model instead.

    These are rubbish… Good luck to anyone who got one. Wrist band splits and falls apart quickly and if you wear it anywhere slightly hot and humid it gets moisture inside then the screen cracks 12 hours later and touch screen stops working. Happened on mine and replacement.
