Moved into a new place and discovered the built in under sink 'water filter' has been dropping thousand of small white particles in our water.
They must have accumulated in our coffee machine as the steam wand is fine, but nothing is coming out the coffee pod part.
I have tried:
descaling.
Pushing a small wire up the hole where the water comes out
Blocking off the wand hole, while turning the wand on. Builds up a heap of back pressure, and a small trickle comes out the coffee spot (with plenty of white filter rubbish). But still blocked up as ever.
tried blowing air in with a hand pump as I dont have compressed air…or do I.. Maybe a can of compressed air with a long plastic WD type nossel up the hole.
Anyone pulled theirs apart, know of a youtube link / internal diagrams.
Still like the Presto out of all the machines I have tried.
Cheers
Are the Pod machines serviceable at home? Better take it to a shop I suppose
