I purchased this 2 weeks ago to replace a 4 years old $79 Philips iron. I'm bit underwhelmed, it does what they say but I don't think it's worth paying $199. Apart from smart steam/ temperature function, ironing quality is just about average. (I my work clothes every Sunday, so a regular user here)
Agreed. I did exactly the same thing as you. First time I used it I knew it was a downgrade. Stick with an iron with manual temp control.
Disagree with the naysayers. Got one a few weeks ago and a definite upgrade from the Tefal we had. $50 rebate came through this week. The auto heat and massive amount of steam it produces works great.
