I got one off ebay turned out to be poor quality…

rather not carry around a portable charger. my pocket is already full from carrying around my desire hd and not really a fan of a he-man-she bag for extra stuff to carry..

I bought 2 retractable cable ones from ebay for $3 and both are still working ok after 6 months.

So you want to charge your usb products in the car? and laptop too?

Check your laptop power supply, but if you're lucky it might even output 9-12v. In this case you can plug it straight into a lighter socket.

What on earth is a "Micro USB"? Do you mean a charger?

Do you want one for 240V or 12V car socket? (It cannot be both)

What capacity do you want - 500mA, 1000mA, or what?

Or do you mean a battery pack?

And if so, do you want lithium, AA (like that energiser one), or what?
