Booking Flight Tickets with Agent and Paying via Credit Card

I have ANZ Travel credit card which provides travel insurance. If i pay travel agent for flight tickets using card, will this be considered as valid purchase to be eligible for travel insurance on cc?

    If this is for the ANZ travel rewards card, I called them and they mentioned, as long as you spend over $250 on any part of the trip (in terms on accom, flights, tours etc) then you receive the travel insurance. No matter which vendor you pay through.
