As the name suggests, Hellyers first release single malt, distilled with premium Tasmanian malted barley and some of the world’s purest drinking water. Matured in American oak barrels for seven years with no artificial coloring added and no chilled filtration. The distilling process ensures an enhanced single malt flavour, delivering a well-balanced and very smooth spirit.

  in this particular case I feel like I'd rather spend less for Glenmorangie, or step up to Bruichladdich. Both at great prices in this same promotion.
