Cashback rewards for apple store

Hello

Do I get a cash back if I purchase my iPhone XS from cash back rewards website?

ATM it is 1.5% cash back. I have heard some people say they do not cash back for purchase of iPhone.

Please let me know so I can pull the trigger.

The iPhone was excluded but is now included :)
