I don't know of any reward program that sells them at discounted price - so would like to know too.
However, last Christmas, Secure Parking themselves offered discounted gift cards. I bought one - think it was $50 credit for $40, something like that. Other than that, I have not come across anywhere selling them. I even called up several months ago, and asked if they had any similar offers, and they said there were no offers at that time. I am hoping they will bring it back for this Christmas.
