Hot Star Melbourne are doing 12 days of freebies with any purchase. Today it's their third deal which is a free soft drink.

Their Chicken is seriously good and the portions can be massive. I often get them before the commute home or after a late night of drinks.

Check their Instagram every day as there will be better deals next.

  Has anyone been able to replicate cooking this type of chicken at home? I’ve tried a couple of different clone recipes but nothing comes close I reckon

  this is taiwanese style fried chicken one of the unique ingredient is the sweet potaton flour.

  I have not tried making it at home, but have you tried something like this?

      Anyway, I ate so many of this when I was in Taiwan. the sweet potato flour give the crumb an interesting texture
