Been endlessly searching Google for a decent deal on a Bluetooth KB/Mouse but haven't found.
It's like these things never go on sale, always priced at $90+ unless you get some Chinese knock-off of a knock-off.
Anyone had any luck or knows of any decent prices out there?
(and no, I cannot use a wireless USB receiver)

This is also ok!
Share with us all the difference. So maybe then we can help op out.
OP's post hasn't been revised. It says:
and no, I cannot use a wireless USB receiver
Many wireless keyboards and mice require the use of a USB dongle for wireless functionality. Bluetooth devices (obviously) don't need a USB dongle.
Is a touchpad acceptable? If so then look at the Logitech K830. It's not below the $90 threshold new, but maybe you'll see a used one pop up? Or if you have some ebay gift cards you can pounce on the next 15% off sale, that'd get you close.
The Logitech K480 is just the keyboard by itself, but I saw a couple used models on eBay for $35 shipped. If you can get by on a cheap-o mouse, this could be an option.
What's this used for? You'll get different suggestions if you're wanting something for an iPad, a smart tv, or a desktop (with inaccessible usb ports?).
I connect my Surface Pro to a docking station USB, the docking station on serves to output the display to 2x HDMI.
So I cannot use a wireless receiver for keyboard mouse, currently using the Surface Cover Keyboard which is annoying as it's thin as biscuitThe docking station should have usb ports. Assuming it's stationary, just get a cheap quality usb set.
People like the Anker bluetooth keyboard, but it's crazy expensive here. If you have a forwarding service and were going to get some other items from the US, you can pick up a used one for $14USD from Amazon ($24 new): https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Bluetooth-Rechargeable-Universa… . You'd still need a mouse, and searching for an Anker Bluetooth Mouse showed results that were either Anker but not bluetooth, or bluetooth but not Anker (or neither).
Sorry it's not the perfect answer, but maybe it helps some?
