I was looking for some cheap powerballs and found these. Don't forget cashbacks.

Please make sure you leave negative seller feedback so they can’t use this as an opportunity to boost their Amazon rankings. You can do it via your Cancelled orders section

I have checked and see that the item is sold and fulfilled by the third party seller.
However they have cancelled order because seller doesn't have the stock with them, so the order has been cancelled.
I'm so sorry about that on their behalf.
However as the seller has violated the rules I have forwarded the request to seller support team, We'll make sure necessary actions would be taken against the sellers.
This will be taken seriously has this is reflecting on the Amazon's business and customer's trust.

      • Got it. I can’t do it via app. But I found the cancelled order on desktop website. Have left neg review.

  • I was on live chat with amazon support. They told me the item got damaged during transit, so they cancelled the order because they don’t want me to take the hassle of getting damaged item. (Why do they lie?!) I said I don’t mind waiting for them to send me undamaged item. Then the support said they don’t have the option to issue replacement and have requested to issue me $10 GC.
    Well later the support told me he also contacted the seller and according to the seller there was a pricing error and all orders got cancelled.

      i don't think it will be a gift card. most likely be Amazon promotional credit which can be used for items sold and shipped by Amazon only.

    Just got an email with $10 Amazon promotional credit due to error…apart from negative feedback didn't complain or message them :)

  • Seller now has no items in their Amazon store. Either they've been voted off the island, or just decided to beat a retreat. We all like a bargain, but no-one needs repeat offenders like this.

      I got a response from Amazon saying that the "seller has been removed from AU platform as the seller did not meet quality on Amazon AU".

      • Yes, it's only those items. When you go to buy an item that is sold and shipped by Amazon AU, you will have your discount applied to your total.

  • Order was cancelled but Amazon provided me a $10 credit towards next purchase after leaving NEG feedback.
