If you've purchased a Santorini Restaurant Voucher from Jump On It for $50, I highly recommend you request a refund. The seafood platter is nothing like as advertised with king prawns, blue eye fillet, mussels and calamari, local scallops and Morton bay bugs. It comes out on two plates with mussels, pippies, 2 oysters, fried calamaries and battered fish. If you complain about the food, the chef will make rude, offensive and even racist comments about you. When you book, the first thing they'll ask is if you have a voucher. It's near impossible to book a Friday or weekend dinner. This is the worse dining experience I have ever had!!!
Beware if you've purchased a Santorini Restaurant Voucher from Jump On It!

Thanks for the heads-up. It's always nice to get honest feedback - now I know where to avoid!
Yeah, I dont want other 1791 people have the same problem as we had.
I have been asked if I had a voucher every time I have booked somewhere with any of the voucher sites. I assume it is just so they can gauge the popularity etc.. aka. Not a issue.
The platter does sound really disappointing in comparison to the description though. I hope they lose business because of this stunt.
Have you contacted Jump On It about this? I've found them to be very helpful in resolving issues like this.
I think it's pretty standard to be asked if you have a voucher when booking…I haven't yet been to a place that hasn't asked (I think it is also written in the T&C's of most deals (and I say most because I don't know the particular details of your deal) that you must mention you have a coupon when booking…I personally don't like this rule, but it is (generally) written there, so it's not like you don't know before buying!).
anyone else been? same problem?
i've got one of these, can i ask for a refund before i've been?
