DOUBLE MOVIE PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to you if you are an Eligible Customer.
Hasbro means “Hasbro Australia Limited”.
“Eligible Customer” means eBay customer who is one of the first 350 customers to purchase any Transformer product/s of a combined value of $40 or more in one transaction (after any applied discounts and excluding shipping) from the “Official_Transformer_Outlet” on eBay .com.au within the Promotion Period.
If you satisfy the definition of Eligible Customer you will receive (a) a Double movie pass to “Bumblebee” movie subject to the Paramount terms and conditions below; (b) a Bumblebee movie promotional poster; and (c) a Twist Cube keychain (the “Hasbro prizes”).
This promotion commences at midnight (AEST) on 3 December 2018 (start date) and ends at 23.59 (AEST) on (a) 31 December 2018, (b) until the first 350 customers have redeemed the Hasbro prizes or (c) for the period you can see it on the “Official_Transformer_Outlet” store on www.ebay.com.au (whichever is the earlier to occur) (“end date Period”).
The Hasbro prizes will be shipped to the shipping address specified in the purchase of the applicable item from the “Official_Transformer_Outlet within 21 days of purchase of the item.
All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
If an Eligible Customer returns the item purchased from the “Official_Transformer_Outlet” that entitled them to receive the Hasbro prize, the Eligible Customer must also return the Hasbro prizes.
The Hasbro prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for money or credit. Hasbro reserves the right to discontinue offering the Hasbro prizes without prior notice.
Paramount Terms And Conditions
These Paramount terms and conditions apply to the Double movie pass the subject of the Hasbro prizes (‘Double Movie Pass”).
The following limitations apply to the Double movie pass:
Tickets valid from 24 December 2018;
Admit 2;
NOT VALID Tuesdays, Saturdays after 5pm or public holidays;
NOT VALID FOR Gold Class & VMAX Sessions at the following four chains (a) Birch Carroll and Coyle;(b) Event Cinemas; Greater Union; and Village Cinemas.
NOT VALID FOR: Hoyts IMAX, Hoyts LUX, Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen, Village 4DX, Vpremium or Vjunior, Reading Gold Lounge, Premium or Titan XC, Cinema Europa, Dendy Premium, United Cinemas Avalon and Collaroy. Not valid for 3D. 3D glasses not included.
The tickets must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Valid even withj No Free Ticket restrictions.
