I ordered 1 from the last deal, shipping was incredibly fast.

it's hit and miss. Mine took 5 business days, even within Melbourne Metropolitan area

I guess they never miss huh?

      • Mine took about the same and I'm a 10 minute walk away.

    • Is this business from australia? If i buy it today would i get it before xmass? As i am buying it as a present?

      • Melbourne based. They usually dispatch same day or next. As to whether you receive it the next day is dependant on Australia post and not Shopro.

    Does this support qc 3.0?

    • No

      • Maybe not "officially," but the specs say "compatible with 5V/2A, 9V/ 2A, and 12V/1.5A charging."

  • I ordered 2 from their previous deal last Wednesday and I am still waiting for it to arrive.
Aupost originally had it to arrive tomorrow but their ETA is now Friday. Christmas traffic maybe. I am in WA.

    • they are located in Vic.

  • Question:
Does it support 2 way charge?
While bank is charging can it output charge to the dual usbs? At what rate? Slow or QC?

Thinking of using it to power a dash camera overnight.

I tried looking on the site but does not mention and then saw some posts saying it can do it. But seems to be different versions of this powerbank.

"While bank is charging can it output charge to the dual usbs?"
I tried - answer is no for the 10k.

It did work on an older 5k Xiaomi though.

      • Dam thanks, I was waiting for the answer too :(

    Cheaper on eBay

    • +3

Is it though? Do you have a link?

      • +1

        No I was wrong

    • Legit stock based in Australia?

      • Shop pro and gearbote are generally good with xiaomi stocks

        • Oh I was asking the guy who said "Cheaper on eBay".

I have no doubts over Shopro's Xiaomi stock - have ordered from them before.

  • Would these charge a MacBook Pro? A DSLR?

    • Nope. You need a powerbank with PD to charge your macbook pro.

      • How about an iPad Pro, do they need PD as well?

    • U need a zmi power bank

Just ordered 1 about 30 minutes ago, just got an email letting me know it had been dispatched.

I've ordered from Shopro a few times now, for my xiaomi vacuum cleaner and multiple powerbanks. Always been quick delivery. Highly recommended.

    • TIL Xiaomi makes vacuum cleaners.

      • Their robot vacuum cleaner is highly recommended. Much better then the more expensive brands. Use it every day.

  • Are all their products stocked in AUS?

Their 10k powerbank was from Melbourne

I added the above item ($36.95) to my cart while I was looking at some other stuff. Not even 5 minutes later they price jacked it to $59.95 when I wanted to checkout!?!?!?!?

    Nice.

    • That could?? have been a coincidence, but maybe?? not lol.

Seriously though, just wait till after Christmas/Sale and hopefully the price will go back down again.

Let's hope it's not a permanent price increase for your sake, looks like a great novelty/idea, might get one myself if they go to old price.

    • I got two of this from last week’s deal. I guess their flash deal just ended after you added the items. Normally their flash deals last several days and can be combined with the valid coupon if you are lucky

  • Thanks, bought one for secret santa.

I think that 10,000mAh isn't enough for phones these days, as the number drops to 6500mAh @5v. That's good for 1-2 recharges at best givens today's standards in smartphone batteries.

    Note 9 - 1.5x
    Pocophone - 1.5x
    iPhone XS Max - 2x
    Etc

Should be enough to get you through the day but wouldn't rely on this for a camping trip etc

    • the 10ks are for regular consumers on the go in the city and are good for one day
if you're going camping or hiking for a few days i suggest 25k's at a bare minimum (for yourself) or even the 50ks for your party
the big battery trend is so that you don't need a powerbank in the first place, these xiaomi/redmi notes last 2-3 whole days for instance

  • Got this PB from last deal for $18.75. turned out the quality is so-so. Not impressive with the charging current of no more than 1.5 Ampere while from wall charger can reach over 4 Amphere. Don't know why pepole think this is better than the Cygnett, which is also 10000mah but with digital display and only $20 from Ginger last time.

    • wall charger can reach over 4 Amphere

      Which charger are you using?

    • What's an Amphere?

      Or u mean Ampere - a measurement of Current…?

    • I prefer slower charging to avoid heating up my hot HTC 10.
I think the Xiaomi 10k can hit 2amps with a proper USB C cable (as opposed to the included cable).

      Please check your wall charger.
