Where to apply the code (Concierge $20 Store Credit) at The Good Guys site?

I tried to add it at "Pay using a Gift Card or Store Credit " but gets error. It has no min spend.

We are unable to process this gift card. Please check you have entered the number correctly and try again.

That's the correct spot. Did you also enter the 4 digit PIN?

      I don't think it's the website that's rubbish…
      Never had a problem.
