I am doing a research base on all these big retails in selling cheap notebooks with multiple branding. Please consider customer service, price and warranty for in store experience only. Thanks.

    Apple, the new air is decent for its price. Offers good service as well.

          Hi this poll is really to understand how everyone think which computer reseller is having a better customer service, pricing and warranty.

          Just like some notebook did not carry on-site warranty. You need to purchase extra warranty from Dell. Where if you buy in store you could just return to them for warranty claim.

          So my poll is asking to compare customer service / pricing / warranty. And which store would you prefer.

          Thanks for your understanding. But maybe I can make another poll on your branding prefer.

    I have bought from Centrecom and Shopping Express in the past, which I had positive experience from both.

    Based on my exp from these 2 shops, in stores:

    customer service: msy non existence, mwave is great

    price: msy might win on this (almost), mwave not far behind

    warranty: gluck with msy lol
