Ordered this for collection from a store that had stock, however have heard nothing. How long should you wait before you contact the store direct?

I went today to a physical store to ask for price matching. I said I can actually order and click and collect from this exact store so why don’t you price match. They did. Used my returns card, put $101 on my Westpac CC to get $15 back with the Westpac offers, asked them to check out the back for one in mint condition, collected a Xmas Ornament and MyerOne points (which equates to 2% off)!
