My workmate just told me to invest in the Phillipines stock market , everything has gone down he says.
Anyone have experience in investing in Asian or European stock markets?
Do u find it complicated because of taxation or other reasons?
Im with Commsec so may be able to invest overseas , any good online brokers ?
What Shares do You reccomend in Asia? Or Israel ?

But by all means take a year or two to LEARN about markets and stocks. You could start with Topstocks.com.au or Hotcopper.com.au

Looks like a bit of a pull back over the last 3 days or so but given the performance of all the other markets it is on par. Were you planning to invest in the PSEi itself or did you have some stocks in mind?

The Phillipines market is actually up 6% for the month while the Aussie ASX 200 is down 4%. Not sure taking trading advice from workplace rumours is the best strategy to adopt. But if you are willing to take a long term approach to trading/investing then you can do quite well. But leaning is all important…and continuous. :)
