Dead by Daylight is the epitome of a playable teen horror movie.

In the role of one of four survivors, it is the player's task to escape from a plot of land blocked by two large electric gates. The only way for the survivors to open them is to repair generators and supply the gates with power. Sounds very simple at first, but there wouldn't be the killer who wants to find his lost sheep and stop them from escaping. Because unlike initially expected, you can't just slip into the role of the survivor.

The killer is also controlled by a human player. There is also the possibility to take over the role of the brutal murderer and to hunt the survivors. The game ends when the last survivors have left the property - or not.
