Alternative 18W Apple USB Fast Charger?

So Apples 18W fast charger is $49 (lol) so what OzBargainer alternatives are people using? I have scoured eBay and google but there not much out there with a brand name e.g. Anker that has an AU plug.

I can see a couple of no brand China specials on AliExpress but those I generally avoid when it comes to chargers. I want something that isn’t half a chance to self combust and ignite my house.

        Yes, pretty much all modern chargers are backward compatible, especially USB-C ones with which devices can negotiate the optimal charging speed/voltage

    If you look for any of the Anker chargers that support USB-PD and use them with a USB-C -> Lightning cable, you should be able to fast charge. I have a couple of different versions of the Anker PowerPort with PD and multiple ports scattered around the house. I also have a couple of dedicated PowerPort IIs with PD that I use to charge the Anker and Mophie batteries that I use in the field. Both those batteries (the Anker Powercore+ 26800 Pd and the Mophie Powerstation 3XL) support PD and can fast charge.
