    Ive done this before. It wont tell you whether your one of the first 50 each day, so just to be sure, fill out the form early in the morning each day. Its one per household, so if you apply for it again, it wont work anyway. I got this :).

    I have friends in the dental profession, while its a cool deal for free, this stuff won't whiten your teeth. :-( Free toothpaste is free toothpaste though.. Good work.

    i entered my details a while back and never received anything from them. stuff them and stuff their products if they can't be bothered sending out a sample. i'm not going to play silly games just to receive a sample.

    Oh and if you want to apply for something you may or may not get, it's a decent sized little sample. A proper toothbrush, 24g toothpaste and some pick thingy I haven't looked at yet.
