I have these for my PC. Very decent set for $24. Volume and base is surprisingly good
I actually think these sound like crap. Without the sub even worse
Well, they would sound rubbish without the sub - given the speakers are high-pass filtered. Turn the knob down for the sub means you're losing the bottom third of your sound.
And as I recall, the satellite speakers are hardwired to the sub as well - so you can't extend or repurpose the speakers without a soldering iron handy.

I have these, was much better than my moniters built in for a low price. I normally use headphones so the not amazing quality doesn't bother me for when I have people over
