This is my favourite store but shipping is not quick. My order from 2 weeks ago has not left the US yet.
I try and buy most stuff from here since its 1/3 the price of australian stores.Protein sometimes is caught by customs then your stuck with no product and custom fees.
No product AND customs fees? Can they really confiscate it and then charge you a fee? Has this happened to you personally? Or just something you've read on the interwebz?
I have the same predicament. Apparently the stuff has left, but it doesn't get updated in the DHL tracker until it is back in transit in your country. Today is now 3 weeks i have been waiting for my new stack. In saying that, the money i saved buying it through bb.com can be justified imo
So it's just luck if you actually get your stuff due to customs uncertainty? Sounds risky to me unfortunately.
Thought it was a brilliant deal until I realised the shipping was higher than expected. But I realise now they are quite bulky and heavy. Still around 1/3 cheaper than what you can buy in health stores here though.

And now for the punchline….You cannot get protein powders through (some people say yes they have, but until concrete evidence is delivered, im skepitcal). Reason you can't get it through is due to quarantine restrictions.
