[Cancelled] [Suncorp Benefits] 6% off Kmart eGift Card (was 5% off)

Similar to the Coles gift card offer posted here. I found out about it when I logged into look at gift cards as there's a banner advertising it.

Edit 1: Updated the starting date - sorry actually starts tomorrow (7/12)

Edit 2: Looks like the banner has been taken down from the benefits website - I have sent an email asking what has happened to this.

Edit 3: So I just received a direct call from a Suncorp representative mainly to apologise about the Coles offer. I was notified that this Kmart offer has been pulled and will be replaced with Myer gift cards at 7% off. Considering all of their changes today, I'll believe it when I see it (regarding the Myer offer)

      Don't think so. It's hard to find discounted Coles Myer gift cards (Coles version of the Woolies Wish gift cards) which I think are the ones that can be used at Officeworks.

      Suncorp Benefits offer Officeworks physical gift cards at 5% off, it doesn't seem like they will increase the discount like they've done with Coles and Kmart eGift cards.

      Kmart physical gift cards do, but you can't use e-gift cards. I see Suncorp also offers Kmart Tyre and Auto physical gift cards at 5% off but not sure how long delivery takes.

        The website didn't have the time zone, it's possible it's Brisbane time since I think Suncorp is based in QLD

      Yeah, it's just a method of payment in store. I've been using the Coles gift cards to pay for groceries for the 4 week spend bonus points without issue - should be the same with Kmart.

    I thought I read a comment somewhere that for store returns they refunded credit to the gift card.

    Returned something the other day, and was issued a credit voucher on the receipt that expires in 6 months, and I assume can't be used online as doesn't have credit card format or PIN.

    Is that what normally happens? Was my first use of a Kmart egift card.

    Regarding Coles 7% off, it's back to 5%off…

    “Apologies for any inconvenience, our Coles campaign is no longer available and we have been able to replace this with a Woolworths offer at a 7% discount.”

    Does one need Insurance or Home loan account to use the rewards through Suncorp? Do transactions/savings account apply?

    Suncorp is doing very well if it's trying to piss off customers. Broken benefits site, app that takes a minute to load, broken promises left and right.
