I got this bag less than six months ago. Looks well made, good variety of compartments, big volume. But has a bulky feel and actually kind of a lame design/aesthetic. Worst, though, is a seam busted on one of the shoulder straps and is now torn an inch or two. Wasn't expecting this from something branded Samsonite.
Had stitching issues with this bag, sent it off for repairs and it looked like a middle schooler in home ec re-stitched it up, ended up splitting again a few weeks later but I needed a bag for uni so I just bit my tongue and kept it.
Other than that, awesome bag. Had it for 2 years now, would recommend! Fit my MSI 17.3" laptop perfectly, might buy another one just to fix the stitching issue.
Crumplers are on sale at the moment. Can look into that. Less lame and lasts longer.
