Any Deal for Prepaid Credit Card for PayPal TopUp?

Hi

I'm interested in purchasing Path Finder, as they are currently running promo

I could use my 28 Degrees for payment,but they accepts PayPal too, according to here, I can top up my PayPal account with prepaid credit card, does anyone know a good deal to get this prepaid credit card to top up PayPal Wallet?
