Just returned from the Brisbane Treasury Casino and their parking ticket machines are down and thus you enter the car park without taking a ticket and leave without having to pay for parking (because you don't have a ticket. If when you go you have to take a ticket, you are going to have to pay. It has been like this for 2 days now so it shall hopefully last a little longer.
Extremly handy as it is right in the CBD and parking is ridiculously expensive.

It isn't malfunctioning. They simply haven't installed ticket machines at this stage, and thus they aren't charging anyone for parking. How is it not a bargain, it is an infinite saving…
You didn't state that. From reading your initial post, the message received is "ticket machine not working, not fixed yet, TAKE ADVANTAGE NAOW!" Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but not a legitimate bargain.

good bargain my friend but unfortunate I am from Sydney.
I don't think parking without paying due to a malfunctioning ticket machine is a bargain. This is more of taking advantage of an unforeseen situation.
