I was wondering what the fastest SSD enclosure would be for the Samsung 860 Evo SSDs?
I want to video edit files off the SSD directly, and am very close to buying a Samsung T5 hard drive on one of these eBay sales. Unless someone can recommend a good enclosure that can give similar write speeds?

Chipsets for NVME PCIe adapters to USB3.0 were released early this year. If you use one of those, you will get astonishingly good speeds. Make sure you investigate compatibility with your enclosure and drive, as not all are compatible from what I have seen.
Sorry I can't comment much on the SATA to USB interfaces - they have all been fairly similar in my experience.
