      I think this is the first game just prettier. So I guess that's a good place to possibly restart your playing :)

    This game is in Game Pass. It is basically Gears of War 1 remake (so on XB1/S/X, this plays much better than Gears 1 through backward compatible mode). Best way to enjoy the game on XB1/S/X. The down side is it is like the PC version so there are added bits to it (a bit harder than Gears 1).

    I suggest you play it through GamePass first ($1 for a month if your account doesn't have active GamePass right now). Gears 2, 3 and 4 are also on GamePass.
