I'm looking for some advice in regards to Kogan.
Earlier this year I purchased a couple vouchers of SMALL 365 day 2GB plans from Kogan with my credit card together with SIMs. So basically paid upfront for the whole year for two plans.
When I called customer service to activate the vouchers, it seems they activated my SIM tied up to a different plan of $16.90 per SIM per month even after I has already paid for the vouchers.
Unfortunately I was not aware of this (Yes, I hadn't been checking my statements very closely) until recently that particular credit card of mine closed the account, and this stopped Kogan mobile's payments, and they then stopped my mobile accounts.
When I called them to find out what happened, it then became clear and they said they were sorry and they could refund my voucher payments.
However as my credit card had now been closed, they were unable to refund me as they were only allowed to return it to the same credit card.
They then advised me that I needed to get in touch with Kogan to get them to refund me.
When I contact Kogan (which apparently I can only do so by email to Kogan Helpdesk), they directed me to get in touch with Kogan mobile.
I replied that I had already done so and was asked to contact Kogan.
I still haven't got any reply back.
Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated.
I think kogan reply email once a week.
