    A couple of issues I have run into while trying to register a domain name for 10 years, kindly assist please:
    1. Max 5 years from the pulldown menu;
    2. "OZB12" coupon is recognised by your website but no discount is incurred.

      Hi shungyyiu, which TLD are you trying to register?

      The code OZB12 is active on all products, although at checkout the system will show the recurring amount also, as we don't like to mislead our customers and make sure they know exactly what they are signing up for.

      If you keep facing issues, you can email us at [email protected] and we create an account and place the order for you. Please include the domain name, registration period and any other products in the email you require along with your personal details for us to create the account.

      Update: Apologies, just realised in the description above, I had written .AU domain name are available for registration for 1-10 years, which is incorrect. I have updated it to the correct figure 1-5 Years.
