I know EB Games pay store credit visa gift cards for trade in but do they settle with cash when trading? Heard every store is different and they pay more for store credit instead of cash.

as of a few years ago at least they did cash but it was massively less than instore credit.
Yes, you can still get cash, however I believe it's much less than standard change-over credit.
For instance, RDR2 was $36 trade-in, and then I think normally, but you should definitely check because I'm not 100% certain about it, but cash is around 30% less again.
If you're looking for cash, I'd suggest posting it on FB market or GumT as coming up to XMAS people will be looking for stuff to buy.
EB Games isn't the way to go if you're looking for cash.
Wonder if they sell gift cards, cash in for store credit then buy prepaid gift cards would be nice.
Some people can be really stupid and clueless when it comes to gift cards. There are many instances where ignorant gullible fools think that need to buy them to pay fines.
I called up the other day and they said cash is 20% less than the trade-in value.
