  These things (I've got a different brand) need to become the new eneloops. Everyone with a combustion engine car can benefit from it. This has worked better on our car than jumper leads. Even if you just use it to help others, it's a must have for glove boxes, IMHO.

      We've never had any. Mind you, our car is often garaged, but we've had ours for over a year without issue.

    So, can your laptop and fridge accept any of those?

    PS: You won't run a fridge for very long on this little battery.

  Not a very long product life. God knows what happens after that - does it burst into flames?

    I think the internal batteries are 3.2V LiPoFe lithium rather than 3.7V LiPo. if that is the case, then much less likely to burst into flames.

    Why say that? These are certainly not bullet proof or forever lasting, but usually good for two to five years depending on how you look after them and they can help you/others out in need.

  That'd be right. Bought the 800A on special a week ago, looked at the 1500, price gap was too high, bought the 800.

  Now the price gap is negligible. Doh!
