I saw that there are few offers from mealpal posted in ozbargain. But I couldnt find any reliable/official cuatomer service information on their website. I also saw negative feedbacks on aussie forums.
Can I cancel my membership any time after registration ? Are there any hidden charges / rules ? It looks suspicious as they request credit cards details at the begining of the registration without even providing all the details.

its not bad for what it is. they have heaps of places around the city to get lunch from. i haven't tried too many because i'm very lazy so end up ordering at the handful of places right next to my office. the thing that annoyed me before i joined was not being able to see what meals are available. if you post a rough office location i can show you some of the nearby options
i've only had one bad experience where the place i'd selected to have my lunch had a power issue so ended up closing that day, but that wasn't really mealpals fault.
as far as rules, you go online or in their app and reserve your lunch between 530pm and 1030am, you pick a 15 minute window and then show up at the place to pick it up during that window. they do mention if you don't arrive during that window the place may not honour the meal, but I've never missed my window so don't know if that really happens.
I used it a few months back. It works perfectly fine. If you cancel you have to complete the cycle (they probably would have already taken money in advance). No hidden charges in my experience. They say if you rejoin after cancelling you might need to pay a fee, I have not tested that bit out.
