if it's a reasonable job you'd probably be looking around the $35/m2 mark for a single coat of cement render.
This, however most will charge you the full rate for thinner surfaces. Example, if you go up a wall but have a window sill that is only 1 brick wide they will apply the whole $35 per meter rate.
I've got some QS numbers suggesting between $45 and $50 per square metre for two coats on a wood float.
Being QS figures, you can assume that's towards the upper end of the range.Single or double storey?
Sydney where? It's a big city … What one could get in the south west could be completely different to the Upper North Shore
