I think its done through an agency called Rokt, Dominos does it as well. Didn't know about the minimum spend though, thats so dodgy. Though to be honest just looking at the popup from last time I'm not surprised it takes your email to destroy you with spam.
Pretty sure I've seen people try to sell those on ozb classified…
