One entry per person. The prize draw is open to South Australian residents aged 18+

Prize:
The winning participant will receive an ‘Everything But The Ham Festive Hamper’ from The Hamper Emporium, valued at $249.00.

Prize Collection:
The winning participant will be notified on Blackwood Podiatry’s Facebook page by 4:00pm on 14th December 2018.
The winning participant must contact Blackwood Podiatry within one week (seven days) on (08) 8278 4100 or email [email protected] to organise a suitable time to collect the prize.

The winning participant must collect the prize from Blackwood Podiatry; Shop 10 / 365 Shepherds Hill Road, Blackwood SA 5051.
The prize must be claimed within business hours at a time organised with Blackwood Podiatry staff.
If the winning participant would like the Hamper posted to them, postage costs must be covered by the winner
