    Sweet deal !

  • Thanks purchased,Sydney.

  • Thanks OP worked a treat :)

  • Thanks OP, got one

Just wondering, what is the easiest way to get to the International Convention Centre by public transport from around liverpool station?

also, how much $ are samples? and are backpacks allowed in?

    Thanks

    • I guess samples are free and anyone can go in

    • Take a train to Central station - it'll be the closest to ICC.

Backpacks usually will need to be checked in - it's free though.

    • From Liverpool Station - head to Central Station then catch tram to Exhibition stop.

Samples are usually free - expect pitch about their products. What I've been noticing is nowadays it's more ask for sample vs open to all samples. Backpacks are allowed but might be crowded so please be mindful not to knock people with your backpack.

  • Gdi I got 2 for 1 and thought that was a good deal

  • Thanks love ya OP

  • Thanks heaps - got 4 tix Melbourne!

  • Anyone who has gone - is it worth going?

  • I went today. The shows were alright if you're into baking etc. The marshmallow shop was the highlight for me though, I've never seen so many different flavours of marshmallow before

  • its definitely not worth the $30. I was in and out of there within 30mins.

Did see Me Zumbo live though.

    • Also saw Zumbo. Hardly any freebies though, just some yoghurt cups.

      • Looks like you missed out, there was many sweet sampling, I went today and was entertaining,. Highlight was Miguel Maestre Paella restaurant . Never see such a sweet food collection in my life. Lot of for kids at the Free kids make and take classes.

It is like the Bunnings For Women. Soo many things

  • Please like the post too guys… Theres nearly 3000 clicks and only 78 likes? Gotta give credit to the OP.

  • Thanks for thr deal. Not a lot to see but worth a stop in. A few samples here and there, and Miguel had some nice food for sale but prices were excessive for what you get, typical Sydney though. A few good sweet deals for end of day specials. Got a big box of baklava and turkish delight, 2 for $10.

  • Was very enjoyable, got there at 2pm stayed until the show was closed. Tried the Cookie Dough Green's Cake Break the one's you cook in the microwave, Watched Adriano Zumbo making a spider cake, that was amazing also at the end there were staff giving away free M & M's Block "Fruit and Nut." Went back to the place where I tried the Cookie Dough Cake Break, there was free boxes of the Green's Cake Break "Red Velvet" flavour on the counter, grabbed 2 boxes. Saw others grab 4 or 5 boxes.

  • Thanks OP, had a really amazing tart from the Le Cordon Bleu cooking demonstration.

Agreed with previous posters that it was too small, no way it's worth the original price.

Watched the Knafeh boys arrive in a processional with drums and pipes and all at 12pm, work? for 1 hour while singing and dancing, then go missing at 1pm for an extended lunch break. Didn't get to try it :(
