I've tried contacting CR or SB but honestly just keep getting the run around regarding settings which are all correct.
Even the Cashrewards app does not track Menulog! I purchase a lot using Menulog, so finding it rather frustrating having to manually claim every single purchase!
Is anybody else having this issue or can suggest a solution?
CR works for me, never had an issue. I:
- work out what I'm getting first so I don't do too much clicking
- turn off my ad blocker
- go to the CR site and follow prompts to Menulog site (not the app)
- order and pay
I usually get a confirmation email about half an hour later.
If you're doing those steps too, maybe email CR?
