Nice find! Will be awesome if they list it on their eBay store to combine with the 15% off.

    • What special is that mate? The 15% off?

      • +2

This one via eBay US, they usually put these specials on their eBay store so hopefully they do it this time!

  • +11

And the same bundle without Fallout 76 for $549

    https://ebgames.com.au/xbox-one-803863-Xbox-One-X-Gold-Rush-…

    • +3

This is the better deal, fallout 76 is really really not worth 49$

Maybe 30$ at best wait for sales on it or atleast till it's not broken

      • Yeah I expect it won't take long for a big price drop as it's essentially a Fallout 4 multiplayer mod posing as a AAA title and is getting widely panned.

  • -2

What are the terms of use?

    • +10

      Not for human consumption

    • +5

      For external use only

      • This is the reason why your headache didn't go away: That's actually pronounced analgesic, not anal-gesic. Sir, the pills go in your mouth.

  • nice.. I might finally look to buy a Gears of War 4 download code off someone.. I expect gumtree will be full of codes. Same goes for Halo 5.

    • I'm willing to sell to you

  • forza horizon 4 is a new release? what can i sell it for?
really only interested in battlefield v

  • +1

Damn I'm after a good Xbox 1 X deal under $500 without the games

    • +2

Buy this and sell the games?

    • +1

Buy it and sell the games and you'll probably get it for under $500.

    • Can trade in Fallout and battlefield straight back and those will get you $50 each or $60 if you put them to a preorder

    • Me too

    • same!

    • Latest JB HiFI has $499 with 2 games (of which one is a token)

  • Yeah got the email, a decent deal on the X. Interested in Horizon 4 and Gears 4 if anyone wants to sell them off.

    • How much you would want to pay?

  • +2

Looking at current eBay prices, I'm thinking you'd get maybe $60-80 for the Battlefield codes (it's the Deluxe Edition of BFV, so there's some extra stuff), around $50 for Forza, and maybe $10-15 each for the other four. Fallout might be a bit iffy since it's reviewing badly and the value might tank, but you can just get the bundle without it. Should be an easy $150+ worth of sellable stuff, making for a sub-$400 special edition Xbox One X, which is nothing to sneeze at.

  • I want this deal to come back

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/410736

I'm looking for a One X with RDR 2 for under $500, FH 4 would be nice too

    • +1

I got the RDR2 X Deal, This deal is just as if not a little better, I would of definitely got this if I didnt get the previous.

      • +1

No way - IMHO the RDR2 deal that had FH4 and FM7 was far superior - both very sought after titles and both likely to hold their value for some time.

If you're new to Xbox, then this does give you a kickstart with starting your library but you'd be better off saving the hundy and cherry picking some of the black friday deals OR picking up Game Pass for a year (from memory, it's currently half price for an annual subs) and keeping the change.

        • +1

I think both of you are right depending on how you value the games.
I got the RDR2 deal and it made me buy an LG OLED TV, too!

        • Yeah but I love the Battlefield series and Fallout is new release too, RDR2 sold me on the past deal, already have Forza4 Gamepass asks FH7 on PC so I haven't even opened the codes lol. 9 Games is a great deal too. Each to their own I guess:-)

      • +1

That RDR2 deal at EB was awesome, $499 - $55 for not taking RDR2, - $100 for selling the 2 racing game codes, - $125 for trading in a 1/2 dead OG Xbone… final total: $219

Hope people with slow or limited internet realise how much downloading there is in that deal.

    Top of my head:
    Halo 5 is over 50GB
Fallout 76 is around 45GB (and you will need to download a similar size each time a patch is released due to the way the data is archived - unless they make major changes)
Forza Horizon 4 is around 25GB

    Not sure about the others.

    • OP says GoW4 is 114GB.

    • I always remember eb staff telling customers to update their consoles if they are buying it for Christmas presents.

    • Both MCC and H5 are over 100gb each.

    • Halo 5 more than 100GB

  • Awesome! Got the 8 game bundle. Will sell all games except BFV

    • Just picked up mine. Staff have no knowledge of the "Gears of War 4" game being included in the bundle. I think this is an online only inclusion which will be emailed by the end of the week. Might be worth noting this to the staff if you decide to purchase in-store.

  • -7

Honestly they should just give it away for free.

    • +2

      Awesome business strategy!

  • just bought this. how do I sell the code games without getting scammed?

    • which game is digital and which is physical?

      Thanks

      • It already says lol

        • not accurate. for example, Battlefield V as far as i know it is a digital download with the onex console bundle, but in the post it does not say anything, which people will assume it is physical.

So the best way is to ask somebody who actually got the deal.

          • @simonlee1: yes it is a download code and the rest like in des that has GB to download

            • @Rukiata: Which means only 3 games are digital as below:

Gears of War 4 (Emailed Download Code) 114.78GB (lol)
              Battlefield V
              Battlefield 1943 (Download Token) 600MB

and the rest are all discs?

              • @simonlee1: and forza 4

                • @Rukiata: and Battlefield 1

                  • @uniqinsanity: thank you guys, it means a lot of download needed……and we can only trade in 3 games on spot…

                    • @simonlee1: I just picked mine up, all games except Fallout 76, Halo 5, Halo MC Collection and Forza 6 are downloads. But even then theres updates or extra to the games to download

*Halo MC is only half the game + 100+ gb download,
*Halo 5 is also 100+ gb as someone else mentioned.
*Fallout 76 has a 30gb update + its initial 48gb(according to the internet)

No idea on Forza 6, but id assume about 40-60gb since its an older game now and probably has a backlog of updates/data

I'd assume if you have a bad connection you wont be playing till the weekend lol

                • @Rukiata: thanks

    • Probably safest to physically mail the code to the buyer. They should all come on glossy paper slips that you could mail in an envelope (though apparently Gears 4 gets e-mailed to you later, so that one you have to take your chances on).

    • Take cash or bank transfer only as payment methods and do not send the codes until you have the payments.

      • Can also do PayPal ‘family and friends’

  • anyone know where you get Battlefield 1: Revolution?

can only find Battlefield V and Battlefield 1943 on one paper

  • +14

As I suspected, now on their eBay Store :) With the 15% offer tomorrow (if it works), will be insane.

So is the $549 Bundle Here.

    • better than discounted vouchers through suncorp/loyalty corp

    • Not interested in console, but at that discount, I suddenly am..

      With 15% off its $508.30

      I would return Fallout 76 + Battlefield 5 for $50 each (apparently).

So $408.30 for XBox One X and 6 games.

      • nope cant return 5 its a code and in the box

        • Argh!!!

    • Do we need to create new account now or it will work after change the address.

      • +1

You will most likely have to use an existing eBay US account you have, or make a new one and change the address to AU after you register with a US address

    • $ 473 ($466 +7 delivery) for the 8 game deal is a steal selling the games could really hit around $330for the console

    • Here we go, the real OzBargain starts here. $549, take 15% off, take another 5% off with those Paypal eBay gift cards, 1% back through Cashrewards, sell all the games, and at the end of it all you've got a brand new Xbox One X for preeeeetty damn close to $300.

    • +1

      eBay code PICKFAST

    • Dang.. sorry mate.. I didn't even see your comment here that you had picked it up already:)

Silly me made a separate post just now, full credits to you :)

      • No worries at all, great find yourself :)

  • $50 extra for a white one, albeit compared to the 549 deal.
how ugly is this special edition console?

    • its not ugly it looks really nice.

  • Just got listed on their ebay store a few mins ago :)

  • Do they send out sealed copies of games or they open?

    • Normally in these bundles they are sealed

  • $549 for this at Microsoft AU online! https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/store/collections/xboxconsol… Just pick the Battlefield V one.

  • May be we can get it from EB eBay store tonight
