I am trying to pick out of these 3 canon cameras. Any recommendations?
These are three seriously different styles of camera.
The M100 is an entry-level interchangeable lens camera.
The SX540 is a 50x zoom snapshot camera.
The G7X Mk II is a high-end point and shoot.
It all depends: what are you going to use the camera for?
If you are going to develop a hobby, take many different styles of pics, start taking it seriously, the M100 might be the way to go.
If you are going on a once-off wildlife safari, or want to see into your neighbour's bedroom/bathroom/kitchen cabinet then the SX540 is for you.
If you want to take bunches of fairly good quality pics in varying conditions, with some manual controls and a tiny form factor, go with the G7X II.
I'm sure some people will recommend different (better? better value?) cameras. But you asked about these three.
Ok thanks for the feedback. Im looking for a Canon camera around $700 so I narrowed down to these 3.
