I'll assume your budget is around ~$1100 based on that ebay post.

Do you need the portability a laptop offers? Do you need a peripherals such as a screen, keyboard, or mouse?

Stuff like this deal pops up quite frequently and will be far more powerful than the laptop, but will require you to purchase a screen and other peripherals:

Nice deal on the laptop. Mind that, I've heard r7 has only a minimal difference in performance compared to the r5 due to heat problems, so if there's a cheaper r5 version ($100 off or so) I'd go with that one.
