I am just done my contract with optus and looking for a new plan. Any recommendation?

Some details would help like:
Estimated calls monthly
Estimated data usage
Do you prefer a plan with a phone or BYO

There are lots of deals out there - depends on your needs.

I signed up 3 people in the household on the liveconnected deal that was posted recently. $5/mths you get 285 bucks worth of calls and 200Mb data. There are some caveats, like no 1300/1800 number and a $20 deposit (which you get back when you decide to leave) but for me it was a great choice. Considering they were on $30 optus prepaid w/6 mths expiry, which works out to be $5 a mth anyway, but now that get crapload more calls.

Deal expired now but keep an eye out here for it here, they list deals quite frequently.
